Summary: HALO Cloud license limits will prevent you from adding new HALO to your HALO Cloud account if you have reached your device limit. If you have reached your limit and want to replace a HALO on your HALO cloud account, you need to unregister the HALO you are going to remove and then register the new one.
- To unregister a HALO launch HALO Device Manager.
- Scan for HALOs in your network by selecting Devices > Scan Devices.
- Select the checkbox in the left column of the HALO you want to remove from your account.
- In the menu bar navigate to Actions > Cloud > Cloud Off.
- To complete the process a Technical Support Team member needs to unregister the HALO from you account. Call IPVideo Technical Support (631-647-9970, 8AM – 7PM EST, M-F) or open a support ticket with the web form. Please have the HALO Cloud account/domain name and MAC address of the HALO.
