SMS over SMTP is being phased out across all cellular network carriers. To address this you can modify you SMTP configuration for your HALO to send emails instead of SMS text messages.

The HALO Cloud engineering team have deployed a direct SMS feature for HALO Cloud users. This feature is currently in beta but this feature can be enabled for your HALO cloud domain. If you are interested in receiving real-time event notifications via SMS message or mobile push notification on the HALO Cloud app for iPhone & Android users, please contact your Client Account Manager (CAM).
