Admins
- Access to all sites within a domain
- Create sites and move devices between sites
- Invite new users (including other admins) to HALO Cloud
- Register new devices
- Create user groups, device groups and notifications
- View all pages
- Dashboard
- Maps
- Analytics
- Reports
- Device Settings
- Cloud Settings
- Use the HALO Cloud App
- Can receive mobile push and email notifications
Site Managers
- Granted access to specific sites within a domain by an Admin or other Site Manager when invited.
- Can manage existing sites – but not create new ones
- Invite new users (including other Site Managers, but excluding Admins)
- Cannot register new devices
- Create user groups, device groups and notifications
- View all pages
- Dashboard
- Maps
- Analytics
- Reports
- Device Settings
- Cloud Settings (except sites management tab)
- Use the HALO Cloud App
- Can receive mobile push and email notifications
Monitors (Previously Users)
- Granted access to specific sites within a domain by an Admin or other Site Manager when
- Invited
- Cannot create or edit sites
- Cannot invite new users
- Cannot register new devices
- Cannot create user groups, device groups and notifications

- Reports
- Cannot view/ edit Device Settings and Cloud settings
- Can use the HALO Cloud App

Viewers
