Concerns raised about teenagers vaping in area schools

WASHINGTON TWP. – Officials at West Morris Central High School are well aware of the dangers of vaping and are keeping a close eye on the situation. “We have a strong board policy,’’ said Principle Timothy Rymer. “We don’t tolerate it. The consequences are significant. First offenders are sent out for an immediate chem screen. We monitor the grounds, the hallways and the bathrooms regularly. Between that and the education component that we work with our students in health classes, we feel like our students are learning how to treat their bodies well and make good decisions.’’
